Payroll Analyst

My client is looking for a Payroll professional to join a leading Australian Organisation for a 6 month Fix Term engagement.

Someone who has great hands on experience and knowledge of integrating payroll systems, reviewing, cleaning data, testing and reconciling simultaneous Payroll (Weekly, fortnightly etc.)



Skills Required
 

Essential
  • 5 years+ general payroll knowledge in a corporate environment including knowledge of All State and Australian Taxation Legislation
  • 5 years+ payroll computer systems experience - SAP payroll
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of award interpretation
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Have a good knowledge and understanding of payroll accounting
  • Experience in analysing payroll data for reporting and compliance
  
Desirable
  • SuccessFactors, Kronos & ADP knowledge highly regarded
  • Experience of working in heavily award-based companies
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working within and/or leading project teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to process improvement
  • Tertiary qualification related to HR/Payroll or Accounting
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous International payroll experience
