Specific Role Purpose
 
The purpose of the role is to service, educate and onboard my client's customers with a particular focus on the Mortgage Brokers using our services. Growth is to come from cross-selling and up-sell of new business and will be a mix of any or all available products and services.
 
Functional Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Respond to leads and other customer inquiries.
  • Onboard new customers.
  • Plan strategies and activities with the Marketing Manager to drive greater awareness and interest in my client's products and services.
  • Drive accelerated revenue growth by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts by focusing on services with high revenue and fast implementation.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers and maintain existing revenue streams
  • Increase customer usage
  • Service and educate new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthened relationships and increased opportunity
Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensures account plans are in place for all of the accounts
  • Drive customer satisfaction, meet & exceed customer expectations

Experience
  • Experience in solutions selling and/or managing accounts
  • Experience of identifying customer requirements and matching solutions to address the requirements
  • Demonstrated success in networking and building strong relationships
  • Experience confidently presenting to clients or customers
  • Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently
